1. On 4 August 2020 the Federal Court made the attached Order (Order) against the Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union (Union), Andy Blakeley and Dean Mattas.
2. The Union withdraws any direction, authorisation or encouragement for any of its members employed at the Site to engage in industrial action.
3. The industrial action defined in the Order is to cease and any prior authorisation of the industrial action is cancelled.
